The election will be over two days, Saturday, May 11, all day at Creekside Park and Tuesday, May 14, also at Creekside Park. Any parent, guardian or legal representative, adults only, of a registered Player Member is eligible to vote, however, we are only excepting two votes per family, one vote per person. For example, a family with three children playing in our league would only receive two total ballots maximum. Ballots that are legible and fully completed are to be counted. If we cannot make out the names that are printed or any part of the ballot seems questionable, they will not be counted. Votes will be tabulated and posted on a large poster board on Saturday, May 18, at closing ceremonies.
The ballots and ballot box will be nearby the snack bar at Creekside Park.
