Ballot and Process for 2015 Board of Directors Election

The election will take place over two days, Saturday, May 10, all day at Creekside Park and Tuesday, May 13, also at Creekside Park. Any parent, guardian or legal representative, adults only, of a registered Player Member is eligible to vote, however, we are only excepting two votes per family, one vote per person. For example, a family with three children and one set of parents would only receive two total ballots maximum. Ballots most be legible and fully completed to be counted. If we cannot make out the names that are printed or any part of the ballot seems questionable, they will not be counted. Votes will be tabulated and posted on a large poster board on Saturday, May 17, at closing ceremonies.

The ballots and ballot box will be nearby the snack bar at Creekside Park or one of the scorekeeper tables. Should you have any questions please ask one of the Election Committee members that will at Creekside Park, Howard Rescoe or Rocky Compolongo. Here is an example of what the ballot will look like.  The incumbent board position members are on the left, if the left is blank then the candidates are existing board members seeking a new position or league members wanting to be elected to the board.
