The the Board of Directors election for the 2015-2016 season will take place over two days, Saturday, May 9, all day at Creekside Park and Tuesday, May 12, also at Creekside Park. Any parent, guardian or legal representative, adults only, of a registered Player Member is eligible to vote, however, we are only excepting two votes per family, one vote per person. For example, a family with three children and one set of parents would only receive two total ballots maximum. Ballots most be legible and fully completed to be counted. If we cannot make out the names that are printed or any part of the ballot seems questionable, they will not be counted. Votes will be tabulated and posted on a large poster board on Saturday, May 16, the final day of the season.
The ballots and ballot box will be nearby the snack bar at Creekside Park or one of the scorekeeper tables. Should you have any questions please ask one of the Election Committee members that will at Creekside Park, Rocky, Damian or Miguel.
WEATHER UPDATE: all games on Thursday were played and are official. While no rain is scheduled for Saturday, the fields may still be wet from Friday’s rains. An update will be posted early Saturday morning (between 7am-8am) with the game status.
It is possible that games will only be postponed for a couple of hours in an effort to get them all in on Saturday.
