- Until our PONY Directors finish working on our bracket times for the sanctioned tournaments, the times listed on the All Star packets for work schedule are tentative times and first come first serve basis. Last yearâ€™s times were used to give as an example of hours that are needed for hosting Zone & Region. Please advise all your parents that we will contact them with the final times slots once we receive that information from the PONY Directors. The league felt it was important to be proactive in providing enough time to schedule folks to work the event so that the League has a list of participates willing to help with the events during July 12-29.
- All-Star fees for uniforms, including coaches uniform are due ASAP, please contact Missey atÂ firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements to turn in fees.
Note: Uniforms will not be handed out unless the fees have been turned in.
