The board position of Secretary is defined in the 2014 League By-laws as:
A. Be a voting member of the Board of Directors.
B. Keep the minutes of the proceedings of all meetings of the League.
C. Maintain appropriate files, mailing lists and necessary records for the League.
D. Handle all correspondence specifically connected with League functions.
E. Notify Directors of all regular and special Board meetings, and in addition will notify Regular Members of any and all General Meetings.
F. Prepare Managers’ packet for the draft.
G. Reserve location for all meetings.
H. Maintain liability and medical insurance policy files and claims.
I. Be a member of the Rules Committee.
J. Carry out such other duties as are customarily incident to the office of the Secretary or as may be assigned by the Board of Directors or the President.
